It is the mission of the Coquille Indian Education Department to develop, promote and implement comprehensive educational opportunities that are designed to expand and enrich the lives of all tribal members and families, encourage continuous life-long learning, foster self-sufficiency and are equally accessible to all regardless of age, residency or circumstance.

Education Programs and Application Forms:
- Coquille Indian Tribe Scholarship
Awarded annually to high school seniors planning to further their education in a full time program
at an accredited college or university. Information regarding the scholarship and the application.
- Higher Education
Provides supplemental funding to students pursuing an associate, bachelor's or master's degree.

- Adult Vocational Training
Supports tribal members seeking to acquire job skills for career level full-time employment.
Must be 18 years or older and be enrolled full-time. adultvocational.pdf
- Tutoring
Helps with expenses incurred for tutoring students through age 18.
Funding is to be used solely for the purpose of tutoring tribal youth and not for parents wishing to home school their children. tutorapplication.pdf;
- Adult Education
This program is available for tribal members age 16 years or older. It is intended to support GED, Basic Skills, career enhancement, life-long learning and self-enrichment. At this time funding is available in the amount of $1,000 per year which includes up to $200 for supplies. Please complete and submit this application: Adult Education.pdf

- Youth Merit funds
This is a limited program designed to assist Tribal youth with expenditures related to attending an invitational event
