The restrictions on H1N1 Vaccine Distribution to Priority Population Members has been lifted.

H1N1 Immunizations are available at the Coquille Indian Tribe Community Health Center to Coquille Indian Tribal Members and other established patients of the Community Health Center (while supplies last) .

If you have not yet received the H1N1 Vaccine, and would like to, please contact Drew Adams @ 1-800-344-8583.
